Italian models were produced in higher numbers, and again, examples fitted with electronic effects are particularly desireable. Many of the early UK-produced models are pretty basic, and only of interest to Vox collectors, but the higher-end guitars, particularly those with built-in electronic effects are considerably better. Vox had many UK-endorsers, and produced guitars for the Rolling Stones (Brian Jones, Bill Wyman), the Beatles and many more.
